It’s my friend Alu’s birthday today and I did this for her. I used pencils, markers (for the leaf and a bit of my friend’s skirt) and watercolors on watercolor paper. I’m finally learning to play with the watercolors and I’m really liking it, it’s fun!

And, with this, Cordelia and I wish you a very happy 2013! If you had a lousy 2012, let’s hope that 2013 is much more awesome and kicks 2012’s ass for being mean to you. And if you had a great 2012, let’s hope that you get another great year!

Either way, may your 2013 be filled with joy, happiness, success, puppies, penguins and imaginary belugas. Because you deserve it!

I thought of the idea when my friend Marina said that people that pick up fights on the internet should use that time to bake yummy stuff instead.

Special appearence by my brother, Fede, who broke his wrist the other day.
